Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach that helps you explore ambivalence and strengthen your motivation for change. It is especially helpful when you feel “stuck” or unsure about your next steps.
How it helps
MI helps you clarify your values, identify barriers to change, and build internal motivation. Rather than being told what to do, you are supported in finding your own reasons for change.
Sessions will focus on open, supportive conversations that help you explore your goals and build confidence in your ability to move forward. Over time, this can lead to more intentional decisions and meaningful, lasting change.
